6. Payment, Prepayment, and Remaining Balance

7. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options

Important notes:

No deposit means the provider does not require a refundable security deposit for that offer, but it does not cancel your responsibility for damages, fines, tolls, fuel, or contract violations

11. Rental Agreement with the Rental Provider

At pick up, you will sign the Rental Provider rental agreement. That agreement governs the use of the vehicle, insurance, deposits if any, fuel policy, mileage terms, traffic fines, tolls, and other rules. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Rental Provider agreement, the Rental Provider agreement applies for the rental service.

12. Insurance and Liability

Insurance options are presented during booking when available. Coverage, exclusions, deductibles, and claim procedures are defined by the Rental Provider and the chosen insurance package.

You are responsible for using the vehicle safely and complying with Qatar traffic laws. You are also responsible for fines, tolls, fuel differences, smoking fees, cleaning fees, damage not covered by insurance, and contract violations, as defined by the Rental Provider.

13. Mileage Policy

Unlimited mileage applies only when indicated on the offer and voucher. If the offer includes limited mileage, extra kilometers may be charged by the Rental Provider.

14. Prohibited Use

Unless explicitly permitted by the Rental Provider, you must not:

Use the vehicle for racing, off road driving, or illegal activities
Subrent or share the vehicle for commercial passenger transport
Allow unauthorized drivers to drive the vehicle
Take the vehicle outside permitted areas defined by the Rental Provider

15. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, branding, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to RosCar Doha and is protected by applicable laws. You may use the Website for personal and lawful booking purposes only.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
